You are under a truck or at the counter with a customer, so the phone rings out. An AI employee answers in your shop's name 24/7, books the install, and texts back the callers you miss before they try the next shop. We build it, tune it and support it.
30 days free. No setup fees. No long-term contracts.
What we measured
One metro area, 5:35pm to 7:22pm on Tuesday 11 August 2026. Dinnertime on a working day, which is exactly when somebody who just got off work calls about their truck.
That is our own test, not a study we found. As we both know, none of those shops were sitting idle. They were busy, which is the whole problem.
The shops we talk to are missing three to five calls a week, and a truck accessory job is rarely a small one. Put your own figures in below and see what the gap looks like at your ticket size.
Your numbers
Numbers you already know. It sizes the gap and what closing it costs. It does not promise what comes back.
Starts low on purpose. This is the calls that come in during a rush and after you close.
Set to a bedliner, near the bottom of the range. A tonneau, a lift or a set of wheels runs well past it.
Optional. Install shops usually land between 40 and 60 percent. Set it to 100 and you are back to looking at revenue.
Annual is ten months for twelve. Twelve monthly payments come to $5,964.
Note Max also works your past customer list, one reactivation campaign a quarter. Whatever that brings back sits on top of the numbers above. It is not counted here.
Your figures, your arithmetic. It shows the size of the gap, not a promise about what comes back.
What it does
It picks up in your business name, around the clock if that is what you want. Hours are your call, not ours.
A missed call gets a text within seconds, so the caller hears from you before they dial the shop down the road.
It takes year, make and model, then puts the appointment straight on your calendar.
Quotes that went cold get followed up on a schedule, instead of sitting in somebody's head.
After the job it asks for the Google review, and flags a bad one so you can respond to it.
A reactivation campaign once a quarter against the past customers most shops never touch.
It hands off to a person when the question needs one. That handoff is part of the product, not an edge case.
What shop owners report
"We are capturing 5 to 7 extra lift kit orders a week that used to slip through the cracks after hours."
Owner, off-road accessory shop, Texas"It handles the tire size questions and books the bay time. That is about 15 hours a week I am not answering the same question."
Owner, audio and tint shop"First weekend it booked 3 full wrap jobs while we were closed."
Owner, wrap shop, west coastThese are shop owners describing systems they already run, most of them a competitor's. Names and shops are withheld at their request. They are not BizRevGrowth customers, and we are not presenting their figures as ours. We include them because they are what operators in this industry are seeing, and because their numbers are the reason we built ours the way we did.
Who builds it
Navy veteran and former VP of Accessories, who has helped more than 300 companies grow and increased revenue by $2B+. This is across 25 years, including stints with major companies as CIO, Chief Strategy Officer and SVP of Client Success.
I have made the tough hires, and I have had to fire people. I have carried a sales number. That is the same job you have, which is why this is set up the way it is rather than handed to you as software with a login.
What it costs
We are not going to tell you what you will make back. Your shop's numbers are yours. What we will do is stop the calls going unanswered and show you what came in.
Shop owner questions
Yes. You keep your number and forward it to the AI employee with a code your carrier gives you. You do not have to reprint anything or change your website.
It is trained on your services and your own answers. When a question goes past that, for example a custom suspension or an odd audio setup, it takes the details and hands the call to a person with the context attached, rather than guessing. It does not guess at fitment.
Nothing is charged at signup. Your card is kept on file for the plan you picked, with payments processed by Stripe, and there is no setup fee. On day 31, billing starts on its own at $497 a month on Pro. Cancel at least a day before that and nothing is charged at all. There is no long-term contract either way.
Setup takes about two hours. Your voice number, the web chat, the email and the automations work from that point. Text messaging waits on A2P registration, which runs 2 to 8 days and is not something anyone can shorten.
That is your call. Some shops want it around the clock, some want it only after hours and during the busy part of the day. We set it to whatever you decide.
We will look at how your phone is being answered today and tell you what we would change. If it is not a fit, we will say so on the call.
