Calls and texts are included under fair-use guidelines. If your volume runs well above what a shop your size normally uses (most businesses never reach theirs), we will jointly figure out the right plan. No surprise bills.
Direct connections to your shop software, including parts-status texts to your customers, are an add-on, priced per shop, since each one is custom API work.
Catalog and distributor pricing depends on what your suppliers make available, so we talk it through with each shop, case by case.
