Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 September 2026

BizRevGrowth is a DBA of Triwise Solutions, Inc. (“BizRevGrowth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you visit bizrevgrowth.com, contact us, or use our services.

1.Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically when you use our site.

  • Information you provide: your name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, and anything you include in forms, calls, texts, or messages to us.
  • Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and similar usage data gathered through cookies and analytics tools.

2.How we use your information

  • Provide, operate, and improve our services;
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
  • Send you SMS/MMS messages you have opted in to receive (see Section 4);
  • Send service updates and, where permitted, offers;
  • Maintain security and comply with legal obligations.

3.Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the site works.

4.SMS/text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information — including your phone number and SMS/MMS opt-in data and consent — is ever sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

If you opt in to receive text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you requested. We may share this information with subcontractors that help us deliver the messaging service (such as our messaging platform or customer-support providers), solely to operate the service; they are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. See our Messaging Terms of Service for details.

5.Data we process for our clients

When you are our client, we set up and run systems that handle information about your customers, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment details, call recordings, transcripts, messages and job records. You decide what is collected and why. We process it to provide and support the services you bought, on your instructions, and we do not use your customers' information for our own marketing. You are responsible for giving your customers the notices required where you operate, for having a lawful basis to contact them, and for handling requests from them to access, correct or delete their information. We will help you respond to those requests.

Where you are the customer of one of our clients, contact that business directly. They control their own records.

6.Calls, recordings and transcripts

The services answer calls and messages and create recordings, transcripts and summaries so the work can be followed up and reviewed. Those records sit in the client's own account. Access is limited to that client's users and to our staff who need it to build, support or troubleshoot the service. Recording and notification rules vary by state, and the client is responsible for meeting the ones that apply to them.

7.Artificial intelligence

We use third party artificial intelligence providers to generate replies, summaries, assessments and roadmaps. Information you or your customers provide may be sent to those providers to produce a response. We use them under agreements that limit their use of that information to providing the service to us. We do not sell information to AI providers, and we do not permit them to use it to build their own products where their terms allow us to say so. AI output can be wrong, so it should be checked before it is relied on.

8.Documents you upload to Force Multiplier

Force Multiplier invites you to upload business documents such as a profit and loss statement, a balance sheet, a price sheet or a strategic plan, so the assessment and roadmap can use your own numbers. These are stored in your account, are used to produce your outputs and to support you, and are visible to you, to anyone you give access to, and to our staff who need it for support. Do not upload information you are not comfortable sharing, and do not upload other people's personal information you have no right to share. You can delete a document at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its contents.

9.Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive a record of the transaction, the plan purchased and the last four digits and expiry of the card. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

10.How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers: vendors who help us operate our business (hosting, analytics, payment processing, messaging, and support), bound to use it only to provide those services;
  • Legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property;
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

As stated in Section 4, mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for marketing.

11.Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal or accounting requirements, and resolve disputes, after which we delete or de-identify it.

12.Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, and limiting staff access to what a person needs for their work. Our platform, hosting and payment providers maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

13.Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails, and from texts by replying STOP.

14.Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

15.Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.

16.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
