Reactivation

Let's talk about your list

Thirty minutes on the phone. Bring what you have and we will tell you straight whether a reactivation campaign is worth running.

Sometimes the answer is no. If your list is too old or too thin, we will say so on the call rather than take your money and find out later.

What to bring

Past customers. Old quotes. People who called once and never came back. An export from whatever you already use is ideal, and a rough idea of how many names are in there is enough to start.

What we do on the call

Look at what is actually in the list: how many names, how old they are, how many have mobile numbers, and what they bought last time. Then we tell you what it is worth going after.

What it costs

Building the campaign and running it costs you nothing. If it books appointments, you pay $100 for each past customer who books. Nothing else.

If you sell products rather than appointments, the same campaign runs against your past order list. That one is priced differently and we will walk you through it.

Two things we check before anything goes out.

Whether the list is big enough and recent enough to be worth the work. A short list of people who bought years ago is not worth your money.

Whether those people opted in to you. Your number's reputation rides on that, and so does ours. We will not message a list that cannot pass it.

Pick a time

Thirty minutes, on the phone, with someone who has done this before.
